So last night my mother made dinner for me. I barely ate anything that day. I had a greek yogurt-80 Calories, and a lean cuisine -220 calories. My budget is 1800 calories. I went running on a treadmil using a rolling hills program which jumped from Incline 2-8 at a pace of 3.8 for 35 minutes with a 5 minute cooldown. I assumed I gained back 300 calories during that time.

Essentially come dinner time last night my mom made this recipie: http://www.ricearoni.com/recipes/Chicken_Fried_Rice Only problem is the website can't pick up the nutrion facts involved. The website doesn't have any serving sizes involved either. I do know my mother followed the recipie except she used 2 boxes instead of 1 box (had to feed the family). Also I weighed out how much I had. I ate 19.47 oz worth of the meal. Now I'm hoping I didn't go over 1800, which I doubt, but I loaded up on it because I knew I didn't eat that much for the day.

If anyone has any way of totaling the amount of calories, and how much a serving size is I'd be greatly appreciative. For my record keeping I used a "Homemade-Chicken Fried Rice" which was already bulit into the data base which was like ~950-1000 calories. For the rest of the night I drank water.

I often use the recipe calculator (http://www.myfitnesspal.com/recipe/calculator) for these sorts of things. Based on the rice-a-roni nutriton and serving size, it looks like each box feeds 2.5 people without the addition of the chicken and eggs, so I would assume that it would feed about 6 people total. With inputting 2 prepared boxes of rice-a-roni, 16oz of raw boneless skinless chicken, and two large eggs, it come out to:

Honestly, I have no idea how many oz the total prepared meal would be, but you saw the size of your portion compared to the total prepared meal. I would guesstimate based on that.
