Had to Start Somewhere

New, just started logging my food now for 30 days. I can now see some areas I have been misleading myself about what I eat, when I eat, and how much I eat. Including the ugly truth that when I stress I eat more then I should.

    Well, good. Welcome to the community and good luck. At least you've been able to analyze what you are doing and adjust appropriately. Getting your eating habits under control are the biggest part of your journey and the biggest hurdle for some.
