Does anyone else have OCD?

I am an OCD sufferer but through therapy I am able to control my compulsions and no longer take medication.
Sometimes when I start counting calories, I begin to get obsessive about it and I worry about it becoming a ritualistic behavior for me. My drs and therapist said that it's probably more stress than it's worth, as I'm not or have ever been overweight. I count to control how much body fat I have and to know what I'm eating.
I don't even particularly like counting, but my weight goes right back up the second I stop. Is anyone else an OCD sufferer? How do you balance your counting and your obsessive tendencies?

Maybe do a kind of "spot check." For example, once day a week you could count calories to see if you are in range of what you expect.
Or you could try an entirely different plan.0
