hello! i am new to MFP. I have used it in the past sporadically but never properly and never while with an actual goal. I have been eating better and working out for about 5-6 weeks now and thought i'd give this a try to see if it will help in my progress. i've been working out basically every day for about 5-6 weeks (only about 7 days off in total throughout that time). i do cardio workouts, workouts for thighs, butt, abs, and arms, stuff like that.
