I suggest you stay away from soy in general.
I get my protein from Quorn, Greek yogurt, eggs, cheese, beans, whey powders, and whey shakes. Also, occasionally, quest bars.

Chicken, eggs, tuna, ham, veggie burgers, nuts, beans, cottage cheese, other cheese.
I'm one of few people who don't get enough protein. Working on it...I just don't like protein-containing foods.0 -
