    But what's quorn?

Quorn is protein made from mushrooms (fungus). It is not soy protein.

I suggest you stay away from soy in general.

I get my protein from Quorn, Greek yogurt, eggs, cheese, beans, whey powders, and whey shakes. Also, occasionally, quest bars.

Chicken, eggs, tuna, ham, veggie burgers, nuts, beans, cottage cheese, other cheese.

I'm one of few people who don't get enough protein. Working on it...I just don't like protein-containing foods.

7mm is the preferred method; otherwise, I am in the grocery store.

Deer, elk, chicken, salmon, greek yogurt

There are some high-protein plants out there. Beans (don't forget peas and green beans in there too), edamame, spinach, sprouts, artichoke, broccoli, kale, mushrooms, asparagus and corn are some that come to mind. Also, though high in calorie, nuts - especially almonds and pumpkin seeds - are another source, as well as soy milk, tempeh, tofu and seitan. Then there are oats, amaranth, bulgur, quinoa, whole grain rice. If you are only avoiding meat, then eggs and dairy have a lot of protein too.

You just answered my every prayer <3

    glad to help! o:)
