Hello

Just come across the forum through my runkeeper app and am very new here. Due to some life ups and mainly downs and a pic that shocked me in to doing something about my weight I am slowly trying to get to my goal of 11.5 stone through activity, which at the moment is walking around 5 miles a day although I have also been doing some light weights and I have a bicycle thats not been used in 10 or more years but think that that will have to wait till spring.

I have already lost 4st with around another 4 to go. I am not calorie counting at the moment as I don't control my food intake but I eat a healthy diet and have stopped drinking & smoking but as we head into winter which I am not looking forward to I need to keep up the exercise but keep on I will :smile:
