Need Motivation and Support for my new journey

Hey Everyone I need all the motivation and support I can get as I start a new journey and that is I'm gonna try and stop drinking Soda, and stop eating cookies, cakes, and any kind of sweets. My goal is to eat more salads and healthier stuff I'm considering starting a Gluten Free Diet a couple of months ago I started and than I fell off the wagon and went right back to sweets and soda's and I regret that and that's why I wanna go back to a Gluten Free Diet and also I'm wanting to lose 64 pounds and I'm also a Bride to be and don't wanna look unhealthy on my big day please feel free to add me as a friend and I will do the same in return and we can support each other on our new journey's what that may be.

Hi! :D Let me let you in on a secret that really helped me when I first started.

    CHEAT DAY

One day out of the week, you have a dinner that doesn't adhere to your new healthier lifestyle. It can be any day that you want it, but only once a week. And you still have to log the calories, that way you stay in the habit of logging everyday.

The more you deny yourself, the worse you will feel. And what's better? To eat a cookie today or to binge eat a box of them later? Starting out is the hardest part, but you can do it! MFP will help. <3

RIGHT ON devlinv1. Trying to completely get rid of those thing will prove to be a demon that will weigh heavier on you than a tractor tire strapped on your back. I do agree that the soda needs to be eliminated. Regular or diet, they are both bad for you. As for sweets, there are TONS of alternatives. Sugar-free popsicles are my saving grace personally. U GOT THIS!!!
