Good stats for beginner weightlifting?

Are these good stats for someone who's only just started weight lifting?
Squats: 135 lb
Deadlift: 145 lb
I'm an 18-year-old female. On average, how much should I expect to improve by in the next few months if I lift weights 2-3 times a week?

Goal roughly 5lbs a week, sometimes 10lbs. Sometimes you'll stall, and get 0 gainz. If you stall more than 3 weeks in a row. Deload by 10%, and work back up at 5lbs a week.0

Good stats: You lifted more this week than you did last week.
