Hello! I live in Norway. 25 years old and trying to lose a few lbs/kilos. This is my first try with calorie counting. I successfully lost 10kilos on LCHF a few years back, but 5 of them are back. I also got kind of tired of the food, even though I overall enjoyed it. I also found it difficult to maintain in life with friends, family, by, traveling etc...

I like to read and watch tvshows, but my passion is knitting! I just love my clickety click time

I am also deaf but not using sign language.
