Doing what is fun for you...
I've been looking at all these different types of workout videos you could do at home. My most recent was P90X. That was friggin awesome but when my husband was doing it with me. I tried doing it on my own but found myself taking way too many breaks. Why? No friggin motivation. Soo, I grabbed my 7 year old daughter and had her do it with me to be my motivater and by golly she flaked on me too. Hahaha, it was soo cute. She needed water every 5 minutes then in the end I found her laying down just watching me. Where am I getting? Think back to something that was active and that you enjoyed doing. AND DO IT!!! Yes, its super old but I had so much fun doing it. TAEBO/TAEBO. However you spell it. That is what I can do on my own. Ebay, here I come!!!
