I recently joined a gym (3 weeks back). They took my measurements using a digital scale and my body fat was 45% which is very high. Is this abnormal or wrongly measured?
what are steps to get less body fat? I am already doing cardio and strength training @ gym

Those impedance scales are widely inaccurate regarding body fat. They can be affected by simple things such as if you have a full bladder0

45% I don't think that is right.
Callipers I hear are the best thing0 -
How tall are you? What clothes size? While I don't believe the scales for one moment, 45% is not impossible.0
