with the cooler weather and winter blues trying to get inside my head I am in... having a goal helps ... mine 30 minutes in the morning for that all important sunlight...0

I'm in again. I had to bow out from the last time (middle of August) when my mom took a final turn for the worst and her end of life journey. Now that all if over, I'm getting back to reality, and back on track again. So this will be a great way to move forward again. I walk daily anyway, so to track again and see everybody else's progress will be rewarding. thnx for doing this.0

I won't make many miles, I can barely walk, but I'm logging treadmill time as I count down to surgery in January. 20 minutes on the treadmill, .4 miles 333 calories burned.0

Hey! I'm completely new here, but I just found this thread. Would love to join. I need to lose about 100 pounds so I'm trying to walk 60 minutes per day about 6 days per week0

I am in as well. I'm certain I can do 72 miles this month so will start with that goal and try to bump it next month - hopefully we are getting into the rainy season and will rely on Leslie Sansone as my backup.0

Today is so beautiful outside. 3mi towards my goal of 50 mi this month. Also stopped by the park and did planks,walking squats and walking leg lounges. Now to back porch gym for arms.0

I would love to join this challenge I would do at least 20 to 30 min a day since I am just starting out who knows I might even do more but my goal is to see if I can by the end of the month walk for at least a whole 1hr
I would be counting time since that is allowed my question is do we log our time in each day here?0 -
