Who supplements?

I'll be the first to admit I've only just started, but am wondering if I should've started months I of not years ago
I'm supplementing with berocca and multibionta vitamins, I suddenly feel more energised than I did prior, like I say I should've done this months ago, as although I'm now on my diet taking more vitamins in via fresh fruit and veggies than I ever did in the past, it still doesn't account for the deficiencies

I have low iron and vit D. So, I take a multi vitamin and during my monthly cycle, I add more iron...but that is it. It does help me feel better0
