I am 5'1" and have lost 13 pounds (125) over the last 3 months. A few days ago, I started fighting a cold and have had a mild cold since. I stepped on the scale today and have gained 2 lbs and change. I haven't changed my eating habits and still have exercised each day, so I'm wondering if it's common to have water weight or something when you are sick. Does anyone know? In any case, it's a total bummer when I've been doing so well.
