I caught a bit of a cold and have put on 2 pounds. I am 5'1" and am down 13 pounds to 125, or at least I was. I've maintained my deficit and continued to exercise. Does anyone know if this is water weight or something???

water weight for sure love. It usually fluctuates when carbs or lots of sodium has taken place in the diet. Nothing to fret, fat gain happens overtime not overnight, so it is water. Buy some fat calipers if it may help clear it up for you.
Weigh yourself a few times a day to see if the scale changes, it should...
Keep focused on your healthy intentions and such
having a cold and all my appetite usually diminishes, and I have no desire to eat....
Anywho, way to go on your progress so far, looking good eh .0 -
these things called natural body weight fluctuations....
body weight isn't static...you always have varying degrees of fluids and waste in your system among other things.0
