Our SPICY homemade salsa.... nutritional info and calories help?

5lbs chopped peeled(easier to chop) raw red tomatoes
6 chopped not seeded jalapeños
5 blended not seeded habaneros (yes we like the spice)
1 cup apple cider vinegar (I blend habaneros in this for more evenness)
6 cloves of fresh garlic chopped
1 cup of cilantro or I cheat an get a bag of the dried stuff (tried both and like)
4 16oz cans of hot diced roasted chilies
1 1/2 chopped onion
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp cumin

Chop or dice everything to what looks good to you. Big bowl mix everything together try not to lose the juices. This is the level of spice we like, I started with no habaneros and 3 jalapeños and have worked my way up batch by batch.

Is there a site or maybe a place on here that would figure out all the nutritional info, calories, sodium etc. on a big mixture? Want to add this to my tracker. Skimmed threw some of the salsa in the database and not sure that this one would have as much sodium as some show.

Go to "Food" then "Recipies" and click on the "Old Recipe Builder" and add all of the ingredients

she won't be able to edit it in the old one tho...

Unless they fixed the new one, I would rather delete each item and add them again. Not tried the new one recently though

She would have to delete the WHOLE RECIPE in the old and start over if she needed to change something...

Thats new, I have always been able to delete single items in the old recipe builder and then just readd that item at the new weight.

Maybe they have changed that as well

Thanks, I'm new to this so I read as much as I can and try to absorb like a sponge.

Thats a great way to approach this, there is a huge amount of information on this forum when you have a look around

Just tested the recipe builder, entered a recipe using the old tool ( prefer it to the new one) and once the recipe is saved it is saved in the new format and I can edit each individual item.

I will say that I use the computer and not an app

I got a smart phone in the end and went for a windows phone. I actually quite like it but its not good for MFP and encourages using the computer :-)
