Auto Pilot

ugh...3 weeks in to the 10 week challenge and i'm on auto pilot ... get up, start meal 1 of 6 (10 oz water plus balanced carbs/protein), go to work, start meal 2 of 6, work, start meal 3 of 6 (co workers starting to notice me running to the break room), work, start meal 4 of 6 if there is anything left in the lunch box, pick up from school, zoom home, throw food to the dog, apologize, wolf down meal 5 of 6, make workout drink, throw on workout clothes, zoom to the workout class, workout, zoom home, try to force down meal 6 of 6, hurry up and shower before exhaustion takes over, get up and do it all over again...6 days a week.
