Time for a change

Hello I am a newbie to the message boards.....about 6 weeks ago I decided that it was time to get my weight in control. Everytime I went to the dr my weight just went up and up. I was a stress eater that ended up at a whopping 302 pounds. I felt defeated and ugly but no one would know it because I kept it inside. A friend recommended a trainer and it has been going well I am now at 285 pounds with at the least 85 more pounds to go. I'm getting frustrated and tired of eating oatmeal, boiled eggs, and salad everyday. Lets not forget the protein shakes......I'm here to encourage and be encouraged it's hard.

Your mad at it and that's good...never surrender....if you have access to a indoor pool,swimming dropped my weight fast...good wishes !0
