10 to Go Group

Hi All!
I have 10 pounds to lose to hit my goal weight. I am willing to bet there are a lot of you out there that do too. Things are looking pretty good, but needing to shed those last pounds and do some toning?
I have started a group for us. I want to kick this group off on June 1 and end the group on July 31. I realize that this might be a little longer than most are hoping for but I think it gives everyone time to hit their goal. I will set up daily exercise challenges and everyone can set their own caloric goal...I myself need 1,400 calories a day to not be a raging manic and snap at any one close to me. So, there it is. If you are interested in joining a group please hit the group site and give your thoughts on daily exercise goals. If you have more than 10 to lose, that's cool too.

    I have 9 more pounds to go and it would really be nice to be in a group with people who are similar. I was at my goal weight last summer, but obviously I gained some weight back and I really want to lose it again, but these 9 pounds are not really easy. I would like to join your group :). I'm also on 1400 calories.

    I have roughy 5-10 lbs to lose depending on where i feel comfortable, then i have some toning to do, i would love to join this group!
    I am struggling to eat over 1000 cal, you's may motivate me to eat at least 1,300 .

    Thamks for the interest! I am really excited to get this group going and start working on goals! Please go to the Groups tab and search 10 to Go, then join.     Hey all. I am going to set the exercises for the first week tomorrow. I am starting the first week with 4 days of 2-3 miles, no matter how you want to get it in. I know that the 30 day shred is on youtube so everyone can access it. That is what I am thinking for 2 days a week of crazy strength training. Cuz that lady is crazy. Just want to make sure everyone is cool with that? And if not...if there is another strength training that would be accessible to all?Getting really excited for this everyone! Can't wait for June1!
