Dumbbell Workout Recommendations

I have never done any weights besides the weight machines at the gym, but since I can't always make it to the gym I bought myself some dumbbells in order to be able to do something at home. I just realized after trying to workout with them that I kind of just feel like I'm flailing them around. O.o

Does anyone have any YouTube video recommendations or like a routine list of exercises with dumbbells that can easily be done at home? Looking for 30 minutes or less, please.

you should be able to find some on fitnessblender.com
I have an app on my phone called PumpUp (kind of a social media thing for fitness) and one of the features is a workout builder, you tell it where you are/what equipment you have/duration/level/part of body and it builds you a workout (with visuals of how to do the exercises)
30 Day Shred is on youtube...it uses dumbbells however I would consider it more of a cardio
Butt Bible is on youtube...it uses dumbbells (and some other things later in the program)..it seems to be mostly strength exercises

This is my favorite exercise routine, involving dumbbell work and some other stuff. Every day is different, which I really like! This workout for some reason has been the only indoor exercise routine I've been able to stick to for long periods of time. http://www.glamour.com/health-fitness/2013/01/glamour-one-month-slim-down-plan/1

Oh man, thanks! I've seen 30 Day Shred mentioned but I had no idea what it was. That app sounds great though, I'll be downloading that for sure! Looking forward to checking these things out. Thanks, again!

Hasfit has a lot of excellent workouts on you tube from beginners to advanced ☺ I really like them.
Also Jessica Smith has several good strength workouts. She's a great motivator ☺

Also fitness blender as others have already mentioned.

    Have fun, I know I do :-D

Only level 1 of this available for free but it's a great introduction to circuit training ☺
