Well I am back, and right now I will make this short and sweet, because it's late and I want to relax. Am in the process of starting WLS - RNY, and need to Document it all for my Dr's, I tried to write it down on paper, but as I am on the Laptop all day, I figured I had better make good use of it and regain my use of My Fitness Pal. Not to mention writing it on paper just didn't get to far. I'm calling it a Night, have a good one and I'll be back tomorrow.
