Went to Costco for 3 things and ended up spending $350. Stupid Costco. Anyways, my list included spinach, snap peas, chicken, deli meat, coffee, cukes, pears, apples, yogurt, and a whole lot of other crap I didn't need. Because Costco.

Cucumbers and lots of them ......I literally can't get enough. Was hungry the other day and literally walked around the house munching down a whole cucumber..LOL odd for sure but man their good.

I'm a cucumber-aholic too. I don't care for the thick-skinned pickling cukes, but love the English and the Armenian cucumbers. :)

Well, I'm like a squirrel storing nuts for the winter. I'm stocking up on dry goods: black beans, red beans, navy beans, lentils, split peas, steel cut oats, rice, canned vegetables, pasta and tuna. I like having the basics so that I have fixings for soups and crock pot meals. I can always run out for fresh vegetables and sales on meat. Dry goods are what I'm focusing on stockpiling.
