Coffee, no sugar, maybe a tablespoon of heavy cream.

protein is not really going to give you a quick boost. 2 glasses of water can actually give you the feeling of a wake up boost, especially if it is first thing in the morning. But overall, a low-no carb booster is coffee. IF you do not like coffee (can't imagine that) you can take caffeine pills and wait 20 minutes or any diet soda like mountain dew or sugar free red bull

Carbohydrates are the preferred energy substrate that the body uses, so if you cannot utilize carbs, then your only alternative for quick "energy" will be stimulants (i.e... Caffeine) as mentioned.

Can you say more about your energy issue -- when does it happen, what's going on?

Bcaa's can help. Also when low carbing you want to increase fat consumption. You can also try an EC stack.

Consider adjusting your macros. It's quite possible you do need the carbs...
