Best healthy drinks?

I know they say not to drink your calories, and for the most part I don't. But what are some drinks that arnt bad for you (possibly fruit juices/gatorade) and whats your drink of choice besides water?

    I need to avoid caffeine, so that eliminates a lot of choices. I go for Sprite Zero/ diet lemonade. If it's a pub with nothing "diet" except cola I settle for a shot of lime cordial with soda water.

    Oh, and decaf coffee with a splash of skimmed milk and one Sweetex tablet. I drink 4 or so cups a day at home.

    It's all relative...context and dosage. I don't consider anything I drink "bad" for me inherently...but it could be if I over did it. Example...a glass of orange juice in the morning...not really a big deal. Drinking nothing but orange juice all day...probably not the best idea.

    I drink mainly water, but I also drink a fair bit of tea and coffee. Occasionally I'll have a Coke Zero or sparkling water with Ribena :)

    If I'm craving soda (rare), I'll have one of those MASH sodas instead. Sometimes I'll grab a cold yerba mate. Otherwise, water, coffee and hot tea!

    I brew up every morning my own concoction of fruit and veggie juice.
    That's what I drink in addition to water with a touch of lemon and some green tea.
    I mix kale, broccoli, carrots, tomatoes, beets with blueberries, an apple and whatever else is laying around and available. I eliminated all sodas, booze and any type of sports drink.
    That's candy in liquid form.
    Anyway, others have no problems drinking booze or sodas, so you must decide what is right for you.

  • Seltzer!! With flavor essence like orange. I like Polar seltzers. Poland Spring is good too. Once you get hooked you will never drink a sugary drink again.

    Google has plenty of smoothies recipes has taste amazing, you should try some.

    I like flavored seltzers. Damn near water with a bit of flavor and no sugar. Very nice.
