Hello

I lost about 50 lbs during 2011 and gained all but 5 lbs of it back since. I know how to do it and group support is a big part. I'm 55, married to my best friend and blessed with the 3 best daughters in the world (sorry for the rest of you :smile:). I want to lose weight for (1) my health (2) my appearance and (3) to improve the quality of my life.

I love to walk/run. I've done 9 half-marathons since 2011, including one last April. I think I could still finish one but I'm committed to lose weight and train so that I can get back to the finishing times I had in 2011. I also play tennis regularly. Things will be so much better when I lose this weight.

I'm new here so I don't know what everyone is doing as far as diets/exercise but I'm committed to start today and find a good fit for me. I'd appreciate your support.
