Hello all! Myfitnesspal has been a really good tool for me to track my progress and especially for motivation... My favorite cardio to follow are Walk Away the Pounds, Zumba, some step exercises.. I have the Turbo Jam set but I honestly use mostly the Turbo Sculpt and the 3T Turbo for toning...I also like Jari Love's Slim and Lean DVD but I can only do half of it.... lol!! I have her Get Extremely Ripped but I am saving it for when I have enough strength to finish the Slim and Lean first.... I just got my Chalean Extreme and Turbo Fire is coming....I don't have any reason not to lose weight or get toned. Having used the Walk Away with dumbbells and 3T and Turbo Sculpt and half of Slim and Lean i've actually seen progress in terms of toning... some slow weight loss too...2 pounds...it has been an on and off 2 months for me...not strictly following any program. Oh, the Kettleworx I tried but it was hard on my knees or maybe I was doing something wrong....so..please feel free to add me..
