Hey all. I'm new and motivated to get in shape and change my life for the better. I have a problem with not being able to break my soda addiction. Any former soda drinkers have tips? I'm excited to motivate and encourage others, though I have to admit I was a bit hesitant to make my journal public. I'm really nervous about this whole site and experience, but hopefully it will be good to log and see everything.

I used to drink them all the time. Is it the carbonation that you like? If so, try the 0 cal ice drinks, super yummy when you're cutting everything out

Regarding soda, I simply switched to Diet Soda and drink a Coke Zero every day!0 -

Soda of choice is Dr. Pepper. But I have cut back a lot since posting this back in November. Instead of every day I'm down to drinking a 20 oz soda once a week on my "cheat day."
