Irregular Eating Habits?

Hi! So, I've been on My Fitness Pal for almost two weeks. I just joined, and My Fitness Pal pointed out some of my stranger eating habits. For a while, all I'll eat is about 500-600 calories a day. I'm just not hungry. But then for long spells, I'll have random cravings for tons of food and go way over my calorie limit. Then back to the 'Not eating enough' messages. Does this happen to anyone else? I'm just not sure if this is normal.

    People not on specific dietary plans, including those who have never had weight issues, tend to naturally have a variable caloric intake from day to day, eating more somedays and less others. However, I think 500-600 calories is a bit extreme to be honest and should not be maintained for any period of time. Going between really low calories and really high calories all the time is probably not all that healthy.
