TDEE, and calories burned... please help!

Hello all, my goal is to put on muscle, but I'm having trouble figuring out what my calorie goal should be because I'm unsure how much I actually burn in a workout!

I'm 18, 5'1, 96 lbs. I do 5x5 stronglifts 3 times a week (it takes me about 45 minutes to an hour), one 40-45 minute spin class a week, and one 45 minute TRX suspension class a week.

I don't know how much I'm actually burning, especially with all the rest intervals between lifting sets in the 5x5 program.

Also, how do my macros look (my diary is open) are my ratios good?

In a TDEE calculator I would list that as exercising 5 times per week, or moderately active. You don't have to subtract time for resting while lifting.

I train a bunch and had to tweak my calorie burn to find my zone.
The MFP exercise data base was a good guide, but at day's end, I had to create my own exercises and calorie burn.
The MFP food data base is much more definitive.
