Hi, I'm Toni...I have been overweight for quote some time now. I have tried becoming a runner but after working in retail all day, the last thing I want to do is be on my feet. I have counted calories before but always ended up hungry before going to sleep and would eat them back. I WILL NOT give up though. I have a bike and would like to possbily become a rider. I just love food! Buying, cooking, & eating it! lol Any pointers on how to cut back and get on the move to SUCCESS are greatly appreciated! ADD ME as a friend and I promise to provide encouragement back:)
