Want to Do a Challenge With Me?

Hi there everyone... I'm getting a new challenge going for myself and was hoping to have a few buddies to join. I'd like to see how everyone's results compare to my own. I'm wanting someone to quit dairy and wheat altogether for two weeks with me. I've found a lot of evidence online to support that this may help majorly with weight loss. Me personally, I don't eat meat or refined sugar as well so I'm expecting a bit of a difference. Mainly, I don't want to go at it alone. So please, feel free to add me, or send a message.     I'm already wheat and dairy free due to ibs (wheat) and get gunky/headachey (dairy), but happy to join in if you'd like :smile:

    I have been gluten free for a while because it causes joint pain for me. I don't know if I can go dairy free--that would be like a quater of all the foods I eat. I'll try tho!

    nixing wheat would be somewhat easy...but dairy that's gonna be hard
