Exercise added to MFP?

Sorry if this is s stupid question, but I'm new to MFP and connected my Fitbit last night, I am confused how MFP has added 'exercise' of 580 calories as I haven't moved today yet??

    I don't know, but you should be able to delete it by clicking on > Exercise > Exercise Diary and removing it from there.
