I am looking for friends who are seeking to lose a small amount of weight (no huge caloric deficits) in order to maximize athletic performance.

I am interested in discussing macros, strength training programs, etc. I am an endurance athlete (I know a lot about running and am happy to answer any questions in that area) but my goal on MFP is to minimize muscle loss during my diet.
