Calories in roasted turkey?

I've recently started eating meat again, and I've found I really like roasted turkey. At the place I get it, it's roasted in store, like a Thanksgiving turkey. It's sliced and when I use it, I weigh and eat an ounce at a time. For turkey by the ounce, it seems like the calories range, so usually I log it as 45 calories. I'm not sure about the protein either. If you could help me, I'd appreciate it!

Do you eat the skin? What portion of the turkey do you eat?0

It's the turkey breast, white meat, and the way it's sliced it has very little skin0

Plug it in as "whole roasted turkey breast with skin" it should come up in the database.0

I wonder if there's a website or smartphone app that lets you look up this kind of information0

They seem to all be close to 50-60 cals per Oz. It will never be exact but that seems fairly close. If it is restaurant prepared I would go with the higher cal amount.0 -
Id got it at between 150-160 cals per 100g from the database, so about 50-60 per oz. The ones that are lower tend to have added water.0

Thank you, all0

Take a look at the USDA's database here. They'll break it all down for you.0

To choose among entries on MFP, you want the entries from the USDA, which don't have asterisks. You can generally get a good entry for any kind of meat by searching for (for example): turkey breast cooked. Then just pick a no asterisk entry that comes up that fits your item (for example, the method of cooking "dry heat" or "roasted" and whether it has skin or not, etc.). You will want to ask the vendor whether oil or butter is used when the turkey is roasted too, probably.
If you want to double check the no asterisk entry you can do that with the USDA site, but I've found them to be pretty consistently accurate. I don't use any of the entries with asterisks unless for some reason I'm logging a specific brand with package information (and then you can double check with the packaging).0
