Jillian Michael's workout?

Hi! I just did one of her workouts yesterday, a 30 minute one an I'm confused ... the program has a new workout for every week. I'm wondering if you're supposed to do that workout a few days each week then the do a new workout in week 2? I wasn't sure if you just do that workout once and then move on to the next one when it goes to week to?
Sorry if this is confusing, hopefully someone else gets it.
Thanks!

If you did Ripped in 30, then yes, you should do the Level 1 workout for 5-6 days this week and then move on to Level 2 next week.0

Yikes, that's a lot! Okay, well I'll aim to do the workouts on the days I don't go to the Y or do a workout class. Sheesh, I'm still sore from Sunday!0
