    I am getting back on track as well. I lost 40 then gained 20 back. I am back at it. Everyone on this feed can add me as a friend if you like.

    I just jumped back into the MFP pool two days ago. I'd love a group of supportive voices to keep me motivated! I am always motivated weeks 1-3. I'm not going back to the old me this time!

    yes I know it is depressing. I lost 40 and gained 15 back and was so mad at myself. Had to get disciplined. Add me if you like.
