I workout twice a week hard, I really don't know my activity should be, my job is a supermarket job,.

I would probably try lightly active and monitor results. If you don't gain as quickly as you expect, then consider moving it up to active. All of this takes a little trial and error since it's all based on estimates and generalities. Try one activity level and see how you feel in a few weeks.0

Lightly Active: Spend a good part of the day on your feet (e.g. teacher, salesman)
That sounds about right...

I used to stock at a large busy grocery store. I had to put myself in the very active category.
If you're a cashier go with lightly active. Deli or carry out, go moderately active0
