Hi. I'm a new member (hence the title ha) and a bit nervous. I used to be around 148 pounds and then in a course of 7-8 months in my senior year, I lost enough weight to be 120 pounds. It was amazing! I had so much energy, I felt better than ever, and people treated me great. And then I got to college. It was different and I was far away and I struggled with classes. The result? I am now back to 145 pounds. It's depressing and I don't have the motivation to lose the weight. There are temptations everywhere and when I feel lonely/want to be alone/stressed I just eat. It's not eating either, it's inhaling the food so that I feel horrible and miserable afterwards. There are days where I start off well and then crash at the end of the day. Any success stories? I'd love to hear them. :) Thanks guys.
