How many of you take specific vitamins or supplements...

How many of you take vitamins that you believe help in your weight loss journey? What specifically do you take? I'm not talking about weight loss pills or any 'fad' pills that promise to burn fat or whatever... I'm just interested in natural vitamins/minerals/supplements to your diet that you believe help you out. If you have one or more than one that you notice benefits your health, please share! I recently found out I'm EXTREMELY low in Vitamin D, so on my next trip to the Vitamin Shoppe, I want to know what other pills to check out. I also have a huge 'salt' tooth (I'd pick salty over sweet any day) and find that sometimes I eat so much of it that I seem 'puffy' and swollen the day or two after that. It doesn't help that I'm not always good about drinking water, so if anyone knows of a natural vitamin/mineral that helps with water retention I'd appreciate it. Thanks!

I'm anemic so I take Iron. My dr. says that taking Vitamin C with that helps absorption, so I take that as well. I also take Biotin at the same time (I have hair/nail issues)

In the morning I take my prescription and my multivitamin for women

And at night I take my Calcium with D

Note, some supplements cannot be taken together, such as Iron and Calcium, as they interact with each other, which is why I spread them out.

And, the Vitafusion for Women gummies are probably the best thing on the planet :)

I take supplements for things I'm low on and take one vitamin kind of for the hell of it.

I don't take any of it because I think it helps with weight loss. I just require some supplements. :)

I second the vitafusion gummies for women. I also take the gummie calcium. I need the b12 in the multi vitamin since I am a vegetarian. I should also take iron so thanks "happy feet" for the tip on not taking them together.

vitamin B6 gives me energy, vitamin A (prescribed) 5000 iu , ubiquinol, and calcium. I have to take the A and calcium together as the doctor said the calcium helps absorption or something like that.

I take Iron and vitamin B12 because of anemia, a multi just to help fill in any gaps. I guess the only one that could be described as helping with my weight loss is MSM to help my joints because of the increased exercise.
