Vegetarian and protein & quest bars ?

I have pcos which is a disorder that makes u gain weight very quickly and not able to lose it easy..I have to eliminate sugar and carbs & dairy as well which leaves me almost vegan since I hate eggs & cheese ! Idk what to do I dnt think I eat enough I'm at a healthy 120 pounds but I wanna lose some & can't cause of pcos even when I run every morning me scale doesn't moveeee...anyways I can get protein/ energy on such a strict diet

    Eliminating carbs and dairy (which includes cheese) and eggs leaves you every kind of animal flesh as protein sources. Why do you think your only option is to be low-carb vegan?

    Edit: are you saying you were previously a lacto-ovo vegetarian, and got most of your protein from dairy, and now need to be low-carb and dairy-free, and want to get adequate protein? Quest bars are dairy-based, so not appropriate for your restriction. You'd be better off looking for a soy-based supplement. Low-carb vegan is really a tough diet.
