Hello all,
I am a 20 year old male from Massachusetts. College kid. Weighed in at 300 pounds a while ago. Didn't like it, didn't really do much about it. Always been physically active, but ate like a pig.
One day recently, IDK what clicked, but I just started eating less. I haven't exactly been eating "healthier" as I still eat a fair amount of pizza, and other things. But I stopped eating french fries (I can't control myself in school dining halls around unlimited french fries, so I stopped eating them all together), and something about that seemed to lead to me counting calories, and eating a WHOLE lot less.
My ultimate goal is still unknown. But I was 200 pounds when I was maybe 12 years old. So Getting back to 200 is my current goal.
At my last weigh in, I was 294.4, so I seem to have climbed away from 300 for now. So hoping to keep going in that direction!
