Hi all,
I wonder if you know about a mineral or vitamin deficiency that can cause weight loss. My last blood tests show that I have several deficiencies (storage iron, zinc, magnesium, Vitamin B3, Vitamin D12, etc...) and I need to know what to tackle first - or if there's something else going on. Doctors are unfortunately no big help. I'm currently eating way above my estimated maintenance level (I should gain), but I'm losing weight especially after exercising (yes I eat back). All my other blood results (counts, liver, kidneys, long time sugar, many other things) are all ok. There's also no worms involved, and I'm the Queen of Calorie Counting
