Starting over again and looking for a cheer team!

I am on my journey once again to lose over 50+ lbs. I once did it and am now back on track to do it again! :D I allowed myself over the last few years to get up to 205 my heaviest ever. I once was at 150 and aiming at getting there once again and even lower in weight.

I am aiming at doing another triathlon next summer as I use to do a few a year and last year didn't do any. Feeling good getting back on track and working toward my goal.

I have my husband supporting me as we are doing it together which helps but having more people on my cheer team to keep me going would be a plus. Since mid August I have lost almost 10lbs of weight. Losing body fat and gaining muscle now. :) Working with a trainer at gym to get weight/ circuit routine in to build muscle, while losing fat and so far it seems to be working awesome.
