Hello ladies and gents!

I am Mikey.

Paediatric ICU nurse, big kid, runner, eater, london liver, people lover and tea drinker!

I am about a stone heavier than I should be. I am 11 stone 7 and am 5'7.
Although it does not sound like much, I know that I need to stop my over eating NOW.

& I need motivation to stay on the right path, so I thought I'd say hello to you lovely people

I love my career, my family and friends and socialising as much as food.
I don't want to lose my love for food, I just need to restrict myself to a normal calorie intake.
