my problem with my whole diet is drinking beer...i eat pretty good..exercise.... just on weekends i have a couple of brews...i know once i take that away my goals would be met in half the time smh...

Im w/ you on the brews part i Have my fair share of um but do it when I work out so I can kind of off set my brews a cals for the day or save them for the weekend all how u look at it or want to do it0

Been there, done that. Beer at 200+ cals a pint, is out of my diet now, I drink whisky instead at 65 cals a shot :drinker:0
