Healthy relationship with food?

For those who have lost a good amount of weight or have reached goal, how's ur relationship with food? For example I have lost 15 pounds with about 11 more to go. I eat anything I want just in moderation, but when I eat something off of plan - sweets or eating out etc. I feel bad! Even if I didn't pig out. Lol kinda like if I eat a piece of cake I'm going to step on the scale a blow up to my starting weight. I know I won't and I'm not saying i have an unhealthy relationship with food. How do you guys deal with those feeling?

I can get this way. But really, I have a healthier relationship with food now that I log than I did before. When I didn't really know what I was consuming, I knew just enough to realize I was eating too much. I felt guilty about my desserts and big sandwiches. Now, I eat dessert every night and enjoy it because I know it fits into my daily allowance.

That being said, I can get a little anxious if I know a piece of cake or meal is going to put me over. But it happens. I just remind myself that I'm probably not eating over maintenance and that puts me at ease.

Look at my diary.. I love food, always have and always will. I either find a way to fit stuff in my profile or I just go over.. for me, getting ripped is about a long term commitment and I won't stop holidays and dinners out for quicker results.

I <3 food. Except watermelon. My diary is open and I make room for anything and everything.
