Hi, I was wondering how you can add exercise that isn't in the data base. Over the last 2 days I spent 6 hours splitting and stacking wood. I consider this exercise. And I'm sure I burned some cals as I worked up a good sweat!

You can create your own activity but you'd have to guess at your calorie burn if it's not in the database, or have worn a heart rate monitor which gave you a calorie total. You might pick something from the list that approximates the activity. Beware, though, MFP's database of exercises is notoriously inaccurate. I never use their numbers, I use my HRM for any steady state cardio exercises so I can get a number that's even close to accurate.0
