I'm not new but I've been off track for a bit. I joined this site a couple years back and lost 120lbs. However, I let a job position change, schedule change, and some life things get in my way and Ive gained back 50lbs. Finally back on track, just looking for new support base for motivation. been there done that. its hard getting back on track on when you have let yourself slip. but you know what needs to be done. so no excuses right??? you'll do it.0
