I'm baccckkk!

Hey Hey! I finally said enough was enough! I have been dealing with weight all my life. Three years ago, I lost a totally of 70 pounds in about 2 years. I found the love of my life (now my husband) and got lazy. I stopped watching what I ate and stopped working out on the regular basis. I have slowly gain almost all the weight back. I have been back to MFP for a week. I lost of 9 pounds this week. I joined a gym signing on for a year contract. I'm motivated and committed! I'm excited about the new weight lost journey and look forward to seeing the smallest me yet! :)

I think the toughest part of losing weight, isn't losing the actual weight but losing it in your head. To think like slim people. To understand that is to truly lose the weight for good. I am still work in progress on that. But its nice to eat for fuel instead of just eating for something to do. Add me if you wish to :-)
