30 day Ab Challenge

Has anyone done the ab challenge to it's entirety and lost weight and helped the midsection look a little better? I plan on starting it tonight along with at least 20-30 mins of cardio. What was your outcome if you did complete??

    I would look for someone who has a great midsection and ask them what 30 day video they used.

    I did it after I worked out. I had good results for my size.

    No. Eat at a deficit to lose weight. Doing an ab challenge won't automatically change your stomach. You have to lose fat to get a more flat tummy. You can't spot reduce with ab work.

    Jen I don't have a perfect tummy, but if you look at my profile pics you can see I'm starting to show a bit of muscle definition-in the past year I have ate at a deficit, strength trained, and have not done a SINGLE sit up or crunch. In fact, I have done about zero ab isolation work.
